Abstract
Disclosed are a transmission and a vehicle. The transmission comprises: a housing (1); a filter (2) disposed in the housing, for filtering an oil in the housing, and an oil displacement mechanism (3) disposed in the housing. The oil displacement mechanism is movably connected to the housing, and can move relative to the housing following a tilt of the vehicle, to be immersed in the oil at a bottom of the housing, thereby avoiding an empty suction of the filter.
