Abstract

A spectroscopic measurement device 1 includes a light source 4 that outputs light L with which an object S is irradiated, a spectroscopic unit 5 that spectrally separates the light L such that light of a plurality of different wavelengths is distributed in a plane including a moving direction of the object S, an imaging unit 6 that includes a plurality of pixels that are arrayed two-dimensionally, and sequentially images, at different timings, images of the object S that moves in an irradiation area R of the light L that is spectrally separated by the spectroscopic unit 5, and a generation unit 23 that generates spectral data D of the object S based on the images imaged by the imaging unit 6.
