Abstract

Provided is a consent confirmation device that confirms whether or not an occupant consent has been obtained for provision of data acquired in the vehicle to outside of the vehicle, in a manner without creating a burden on the occupant. The consent confirmation device has a confirming unit that confirms whether or not an occupant consents to provision of data acquired in a vehicle, when occupant identification information identifying the occupant of the vehicle does not match consenter identification information identifying a consenter who has consented to provision of the data.
