Abstract

Disclosed is a method (300) and system (100) for generating a self-learning knowledge base (110, 534) for a personalized user experience for users (438) interacting with a software application (102-1 to 102-N, 402). The method comprises receiving, data from a plurality of software applications that the users interact therewith. The method comprises extracting a first set of features pertaining to objects in the application data, a second set of features pertaining to user interface (UI) components in the application data, and a third set of features pertaining to each predefined persona interacting with the UI components. The method comprises labelling the first set of features, the second set of features, and the third set of features using a data labelling model (506). The method comprises storing the labelled data in a predefined format in the knowledge base. The method comprises continuously updating the knowledge base with the extracted data and persona profiles generated from the extracted data.
