Abstract

The present application discloses a back contact solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof, and a photovoltaic module, and relates to the field of photovoltaic technologies, so that the back contact solar cell has a low hot spot risk, and the operating reliability of the back contact solar cell is improved. In addition, the back contact solar cell has high operating efficiency in a forward voltage region. The back contact solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a first doped semiconductor layer, a second doped semiconductor layer, and a transparent conductive layer. The second doped semiconductor layer includes a reverse leakage part, where the reverse leakage part is electrically connected to the first doped semiconductor layer, and the reverse leakage part is covered by the transparent conductive layer extending from the second region.
