Abstract

The cell production facility 50 includes a cell 53 surrounded by a wall 51 and a safety fence 52; an entrance 54 for carrying in a metal panel; a multi-axis robot 55 for transporting the metal panel; a first crimping device 20A to which a first lower crimping die and a first lower holder corresponding to a nut are attached; a second crimping device 20B to which a second lower crimping die and a second lower holder corresponding to a bolt are attached; a third crimping device 20C to which a third lower crimping die and a third lower holder corresponding to a special nut are attached; and an exit 56 for carrying out the metal panel to which the nut, the bolt, and the special nut are crimped. The entrance 54, the first crimping device 20A, the second crimping device 20B, the third crimping device 20C, and the exit 56 are arranged within the turning range of the multi-axis robot 55 and on the same circumference 57.
