Abstract

A handling apparatus 26 includes: a first electric cylinder 71 movable between a first proximate position at which the first electric cylinder 71 is proximate to a right edge 38A of a platen 38 and a first separated position at which the first electric cylinder 71 is separated farther from the right edge 38A than at the first proximate position; a first pushing bar 72 fixed to the first electric cylinder 71 and located in an under-platen space 46 of the platen 38 when the first electric cylinder 71 is located at the first proximate position; and a controller 130. After a T-shirt 100 is loaded on the platen 38, the controller 130 executes: moving the first electric cylinder 71 from the first separated position to the first proximate position, and bringing the first pushing bar 72 into contact with a right sleeve 100C of the T-shirt 100.
