Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for controlling cooling and heating in a home, and a system therefor. To this end, the system according to the present disclosure may comprise: an energy storage device for transmitting power state information of a battery to a device for controlling cooling and heating; and the device for controlling cooling and heating, which is configured to set an energy level on the basis of the state of charge of the battery and the amount of power of a solar panel, which are included in the power state information, and is controlled according to the set energy level. Therefore, the present disclosure can efficiently use power according to the state of charge of the battery, and can prevent inconvenience due to noise generation by changing the time zone in which the device for controlling cooling and heating is operated.
