Abstract

A vehicle monitoring system (50) according to the present disclosure is a vehicle monitoring system (50) configured to estimate a position of a vehicle (100) that travels on rollers of a drum tester (400) from an image captured by a first camera (301) configured to capture a first area (A1) where the drum tester (400) is installed, the vehicle monitoring system (50) including a first position estimation apparatus (207a) configured to estimate the position of the vehicle (100) that travels on the rollers of the drum tester (400) based on a position of a turned-on predetermined light (L1) of the vehicle (100) that travels on the rollers of the drum tester (400) specified from the image captured by the first camera (301).
