Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method of operating a system (10), the system (10) including a first device (12) and a second device (14), the first device (12) and the second device (14) each having a service-oriented architecture, SOA. The method includes operating the first device (12), wherein the second device (14) is configured to act as a backup device to the first device (12); at least partially reconfiguring the second device (14), while the first device (12) is being operated; causing the second device (14) to take over operation of the first device (12) after at least partially reconfiguring the second device (14) has been completed.
