A matching method is executed by an information processing device (10), and includes: acquiring (S20) personal information about a customer; acquiring (S30) characteristic information about staff members; determining (S40) compatibility between the customer and each staff member, based on the personal information and the characteristic information; and deciding (S50) a staff member that deals with the customer, based on a determination result.
