Abstract

An acoustic panel (1) for an electric appliance (2) with a tank (21) is specified, wherein - the acoustic panel (1) comprises an inner plate (11) facing the tank (21) and an outer plate (22) facing away from the tank (21), - a resonator volume (18) is arranged between the inner plate (11) and the outer plate (12), - the acoustic panel (1) comprises an opening (185) coupled to the resonator volume (18), and - the acoustic panel (1) is configured to be mounted to at least one reinforcement bar (22) on an outer wall (210) of the tank (21) wherein the inner plate (21) of the acoustic panel (1) is located closer to the outer wall (210) of the tank (21) than a surface (220) of the reinforcement bar (22) that faces away from the tank (21). Further, an electric appliance (2) and a method of assembling an electric appliance (2) are specified.
