Abstract

The present invention relates to a system for an evaluation of percutaneous intramyocardial septal radiofrequency ablation using vessel/myocardial supply region relation in pre- and post-ablation coronary computed tomography angiography, CCTA, a method for using said system, and a computer program product.A system (1) for evaluating a risk (R) caused by a lesion (L) in a coronary artery (14) of a patient (2), the system (1) comprising: a medical imaging unit (3) for acquiring a medical image (MI) of the patient (2); a lesion detection unit (9) for detecting a lesion location (LL) of the lesion (L) based on the acquired medical image (MI); and a risk evaluation unit (12) for evaluating the risk (R) caused by the detected lesion (L) automatically.The system can evaluate the risk of the lesion automatically.
