Abstract
The present invention relates to a flexible medical device configured for insertion into a natural orifice of a body, comprising a channel, a cartridge holder disposed at a distal end of the flexible medical device, a fastener cartridge coupled to the cartridge holder and configured to deploy at least one fastener from the fastener cartridge, the fastener cartridge being configured to be uncoupled from the cartridge holder while the flexible medical device, the cartridge holder, and the fastener cartridge are in the body, and the fastener cartridge being removable from the body by proximal movement through the channel of the flexible medical device.
