Abstract

A switching apparatus and a ventilation device. The switching apparatus comprises a handle assembly (100) and a valve assembly (200); the valve assembly (200) comprises a valve body (201) and a valve core (202); the valve body (201) is provided with a valve cavity (203), a breathing circuit interface (204), a machine-controlled branch interface (205), and a manual branch interface (206); the handle assembly (100) comprises a support (20) fixed to a ventilation device, a handle body (10) rotatably connected to the support (20), and an output member for driving the valve assembly (200); the handle body (10) can rotate relative to the support (20); the output member is pushed against the valve core (202), and moves between a first position (311) and a second position (312) during the rotation of the handle body (10), so as to drive the valve core (202) to perform reciprocating motion in a first direction, such that the valve assembly (200) is switched between a first mode and a second mode; and the handle assembly (100) and the valve assembly (200) are separately designed, and a force is applied to the valve assembly (200) in at least one of the first mode and the second mode, such that when the support (20) is fixed to the ventilation device, the valve assembly (200) is separated from or coupled with the handle assembly (100), so as to disassemble or assemble the valve assembly (200).
