Abstract

The invention relates to a unit that comprises three modules the signals of which are combined in corresponding handpieces: a module for generating diathermy signals, a module for generating electrophoroporation signals, and a module for generating photostimulation signals. The three modules are electrically and electromagnetically insulated from each other. The unit further comprises a diathermy handpiece that is connected to the module for generating diathermy signals and one or more combined electrophoroporation and photostimulation handpieces that are connected to the modules for generating electrophoroporation and photostimulation signals. Each of the combined handpieces comprises a head comprising at least one photostimulation LED and electrophoroporation electrodes. The combined head comprises an application surface that is structurally divided into three parts: an inner circle (electrode), an outer annulus (electrode) and an intermediate annulus (LEDs).
