Abstract

The present application relates to a driving control method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a vehicle. When a deceleration control instruction is received, and it is determined that a slope angle of a road on which a vehicle is located is less than a preset slope angle threshold value, the vehicle is controlled to decelerate by using a rotational speed control mode of a motor. When the vehicle decelerates to stop, to prevent excessive energy consumption caused by the motor continuously generating braking force for controlling the vehicle to maintain a parking state, a motor braking force corresponding to the rotational speed control mode of the motor is switched to a mechanical braking force of a mechanical braking system, so that a magnitude of the mechanical braking force of the mechanical braking system can reach a magnitude of the motor braking force, and further the motor braking force may be replaced to ensure that the vehicle maintains the parking state on a road surface having a slope angle, thereby reducing energy consumption and preventing a problem of energy waste.
