Abstract
The present invention provides a hollow mesoporous silica rod, a method for producing the same, and a method for supporting an active substance. The hollow mesoporous silica rod of the present invention has a wide inner hollow portion and a large aspect ratio, can stably support a large amount of active substance, and can penetrate the surface of the skin to easily reach a predetermined depth inside the skin, thereby effectively delivering the active substance.
