Abstract

The present invention pertains to an anti-reflection film-provided transparent substrate that has a transparent substrate having two main surfaces, and has, on one of the two main surfaces of the transparent substrate, a diffusion layer and an anti-reflection film in the stated order from the transparent substrate side. When source light is incident on the one of the two main surfaces at an incidence angle of 45° in a state where reflection on the other main surface of the transparent substrate is eliminated, a* and b* at a D65 source light of diffused reflected light at angles of -15°, 15°, 25°, 45°, 75°, and 110° with respect to specularly reflected light satisfy formulae (1) and (2). −2≤a*≤4.5−5≤b*≤10
