Abstract
The present invention relates to a genetic construct that allows overexpression in plants of the Arabidopsis HOP3 protein (AtHOP3) under the specific Arabidopsis BIP3 promoter (AtBIP3 promoter or pAtBIP3) under high salt conditions. The present invention also relates to transgenic plants, or parts thereof, comprising the genetic construct of the present invention, and to the use of these plants in crops subjected to environmental stress or any other condition that courses with ER stress.
