Abstract
The present invention provides a method and kit for detecting biological activity of insulin or analogue thereof. The detection method includes an isolated nucleic acid molecule, the nucleic acid molecule comprises: a first nucleic acid segment encoding insulin receptor B; a second nucleic acid segment encoding a STAT5b response element; and a third nucleic acid segment encoding a reporter gene; the STAT5b response element comprising a nucleic acid sequence as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 1~3; the first nucleic acid segment, the second nucleic acid segment, and the second and third nucleic acid segments are linked or unlinked. The detection method of the present invention has the advantages of a larger detection window value, higher accuracy, better precision, smaller variation, simpler operation, and lower detection cost.
