Abstract
The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for determining a respective state (32) of predefined anatomical objects (14) of an anatomical region (16), comprising: receiving an image data set (22) of the anatomical region (16) comprising the predefined anatomical objects (14) by an input interface of a data processing device (12), identifying by a computation unit of the data processing device (12) respective image regions (30) of the image data set (22) depicting the predefined anatomical objects (14); applying a function trained by a machine learning algorithm to the respective image regions (30) depicting the respective predefined anatomical objects (14), wherein each of the image regions (30) is examined for a presence of a predetermined pathological finding in the respective anatomical objects (14).
