Abstract

An information processing system includes: a passage part through which a user passes; and an iris capture unit that captures an image of an iris of the user passing through the passage part. The passage part is formed such that a central area through which the user passes is lower than surrounding areas around the central area. According to such an information processing system, it is possible to guide the user to pass through the central area and appropriately capture the image including the iris of the user.
