Abstract

A display panel and a display device, relating to the technical field of display. The display panel comprises a plurality of pixel circuits distributed in an array; each pixel circuit comprises a plurality of transistors, a first capacitor (C1) and a second capacitor (C2); the transistors comprise a drive transistor (T3), a write transistor (T4), a light-emitting control transistor (T5), a first reset transistor (T1), a second reset transistor (T2), and a third reset transistor (T7). A substrate (SU), a semiconductor layer (SE) and a plurality of light-emitting devices (LD), wherein the semiconductor layer (SE) is arranged on one side of the substrate (SU) and comprises active parts of the transistors; the light-emitting devices (LD) are arranged on the side of the semiconductor layer (SE) away from the substrate (SU), and one light-emitting device (LD) is connected to a first electrode of the drive transistor (T3) of one pixel circuit; one of a first electrode plate (C11) and a second electrode plate (C12) of the first capacitor (C1) is arranged on the same layer as one of a first electrode plate (C21) and a second electrode plate (C22) of the second capacitor (C2); one of the first capacitor (C1) and the second capacitor (C2) overlaps the active part (ACT3) of the drive transistor (T3).
