Abstract

An amount of surplus power self-consumed by an operator is increased. The power interchange management system (1) includes: an EV dispatch and charging planning system (42) configured to manage a charging device (43) for an electric vehicle and a private power generation device and plan charging and dispatch for the electric vehicle; an EV dispatch and charging planning system (46) configured to manage a charging device (43) for an electric vehicle and plan charging and dispatch for the electric vehicle; and an interchange planning unit (21) configured to aggregate surplus power from the EV dispatch and charging planning system (42) to obtain interchangeable power and provide the interchangeable power to the EV dispatch and charging planning system (46) according to a predetermined priority order.
