Abstract

A second device that is a handover destination candidate of a terminal transmits a timing adjustment value of transmission by the terminal to a first device in a case where mobility control by a lower layer is set. The first device receives the timing adjustment value. The second device that is a handover destination candidate of the terminal transmits a plurality of timing adjustment values associated with a state of transmission configuration indication, a control resource set, or a group of the timing adjustment values.
