The present disclosure relates to a communication method, a device, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method includes the following. A terminal device sends a first identifier. The first identifier indicates information related to the terminal device. The information related to the terminal device includes at least one of: information of a user using the terminal device, information of an application running on the terminal device, or information of a service running on the terminal device. The first identifier is used for determining configuration information associated with the first identifier.
