Abstract

A cutting assembly (1) for a robotic lawnmower (2) is disclosed. The cutting assembly (1) comprises a cutting arrangement (4), a mounting unit (8), and a mechanism (5) configured to support the cutting arrangement (4) relative to the mounting unit (8) such that the cutting arrangement (4) is movable in directions (d1, d2) towards and away from a ground plane (PL1). The cutting assembly (1) further comprises a first member (m1) attached to the cutting arrangement (4) and a second member (m2) arranged on the mounting unit (8), wherein the first member (m1) is configured to abut against the second member (m2) when the cutting arrangement (4) is at a set cutting height position relative to the mounting unit (8) to prevent further movement of the cutting arrangement (4) in the direction (d1) towards the ground plane (PL1). The cutting arrangement (4) comprises one or more elastic members (7, 7') arranged to bias the cutting arrangement (4) towards the set cutting height position. The present disclosure further relates to a robotic lawnmower (2) comprising a cutting assembly (1).
