Abstract

A breathable shoe with double counter stiffeners comprises a front upper (14) and a rear upper (13), a outsole (6) of rubber or leather or other material, an insole (7) of shaped expanded plastic material placed on said outsole (6) and defining therewith one or more air chambers (10, 12) placed underneath said insole (7) and suitable for being compressed and expanded following the walking movement of the foot. The air chambers (10, 12) have vertical holes (9) made in said insole (7) to also create a vertical movement of air suitable for touching the foot and removing sweat; the rear upper (13) has one or more holes (5) for the suction and expulsion of internal air moistened with sweat. An inner counter stiffener (2) and an outer counter stiffener (1) are also provided, which define therebetween an internal cavity (11) in fluid communication with both said air chambers (10, 12) and with the outside to allow the expulsion of air from said air chambers (10, 12) through said cavity (11).
