Abstract

It is the object of the present invention a method of making a powder for inhalation comprising the step of:- Granulating an un-milled carrier with a solution comprising at least one monoclonal antibody (mAb) to obtain a dried granulated mixture;- Micronizing the dried granulated mixture with a spiral jet mill, obtaining- a micronized powder.
