Abstract
The gas barrier laminate according to the present disclosure has a laminated structure including, in this order, a polyolefin-based substrate layer, a first polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer, a deposited layer, and a second polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer, wherein the deposited layer is in direct contact with the first polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer and the second polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer, and an indentation hardness by a nanoindenter in a cross section of the second polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer is 0.5 GPa or less.
