Abstract

A container (20) contains a liquid discharge head (10) integrally including a liquid tank (10a) for containing liquid and includes a holding structure (40) configured to hold the liquid discharge head (10) contained in the container (20). The holding structure (40) includes a first engaging portion (13) provided on the liquid discharge head (10), and a second engaging portion (23) provided on the container (20) in a position opposite to the first engaging portion (13) when the liquid discharge head (10) is contained in the container (20) and engageable with the first engaging portion (13).
