Abstract

[Problem] Provided is a technique capable of fixing a tire valve to a rim more stably than before. [Solution] A tire valve of the present disclosure includes: a valve stem configured to house a valve core; a press-fit member made of an elastomer configured to cover an outer side surface of the valve stem and to be press-fitted into a through hole of a rim of a wheel from an inner surface side of the rim and attached so as to pass through the rim from the inner surface side to an outer surface side; a cover sleeve made of a rigid body configured to be fitted over an outer side of the press-fit member from a distal end side of the press-fit member so as to be brought into abutment with an outer surface of the rim; first retaining engagement portions provided in an exposed portion of the valve stem exposed from the press-fit member toward a distal side, and in the cover sleeve, and configured to engage with each other so as to restrict axial movement of the cover sleeve; and second retaining engagement portions provided in the press-fit member and the cover sleeve and configured to engage with each other so as to restrict the axial movement of the cover sleeve.
