Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition that exhibits good adhesiveness to a polyolefin resin base material and a metallic base material and good heat resistance and requires no aging. The adhesive composition according to the present invention contains a modified polyolefin (A) and an olefin-α-olefin copolymer (B), wherein the adhesive composition satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) a content of the olefin-α-olefin copolymer (B) is 15 to 85 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the modified polyolefin (A); (2) a weight-average molecular weight of the olefin-α-olefin copolymer (B) is 200,000 or more; (3) a melting point of the olefin-α-olefin copolymer (B) is 80°C or higher and 100°C or lower; and (4) the weight-average molecular weight of the modified polyolefin (A) ≤ the weight-average molecular weight of the olefin-α-olefin copolymer (B).
