Abstract
A heat-exchange ventilation device of the present disclosure includes: a heat storage base material; and an air blower unit provided in one direction of the heat storage base material, and blows air either from outdoors to indoors or from the indoors to the outdoors by letting the air travel through the heat storage base material. The heat storage base material includes: a sensible heat unit; and a latent heat unit. The sensible heat unit and the latent heat unit are arranged continuously in series with respect to an air-blowing direction.
