Abstract

An optical connector cleaning tool 1 includes a cleaning shaft 20, a feeding bobbin 33, a winding bobbin 31, a support body 40, a case 60, the rotation mechanism 91 that rotates the cleaning shaft 20 around a rotation axis RA in accordance with a relative movement of the support body 40 with respect to the case 60, and a gear 32 attached to the winding bobbin 31, the cleaning shaft 20 includes a supply port 252 and a collection port 253, and the rotation mechanism 91 rotates the cleaning shaft 20 around the rotation axis RA so that the collection port 253 moves away from the gear 32 when the relative movement of the support body 40 with respect to the case 60 starts.
