Abstract
A system (200, 300), method and vehicle are arranged to identify an attack on a software defined vehicle, SDV comprising a central controller (212) having a host processor (217); a security secure element, SE, (214) with an attack counter, AC, (216). The AC counts a number of SDV attacks in response to a sensor input and the security SE generates encrypted attack logs in response to the count. A secure backend cloud server (220) forms a secure wireless connection with the central controller and decrypts encrypted attack logs. The central controller wirelessly forwards the generated encrypted attack logs to the secure backend cloud server; and an Attack Evaluation Laboratory (230) analyses decrypted attack logs and in response thereto provides at least one attack-related recommendation to at least one of: the central controller, the security SE.
