Abstract

The invention relates to a frequency converter, system and method for detecting an operational deviation by monitoring an electric state within an operation controller and/or between the operation controller and an electric machine and wherein the electric state comprises at least a state of current. The frequency converter further comprises at least one processing circuitry configured to: a. define a time window in response to the electric state, and wherein the state of current being configured to be formed over the time window, and the processing circuitry comprises a threshold of an allowable state of current available; and/or b. define a threshold of an allowable state of current in response to the state of current. The frequency converter further comprises a first comparator configured to compare the state of current with the threshold of the allowable state of current. Invention relates also to a computer readable medium.
