Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a battery apparatus and a battery pack that are made safer by detecting a battery charging situation through a discharge path (400) when the battery pack is in a shutdown state of the battery pack. To this end, the present disclosure provides a configuration for waking up a processor (100) using a voltage at both ends of a current detection element (500) when the processor (100) is in a sleep state and a battery is charged by a charging current supplied through a discharge path (400).
