Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a rotor structure and an electric motor. The rotor structure includes a rotor core, first permanent magnets and a second permanent magnet, wherein the rotor core is provided with mounting recesses, the first permanent magnets are mounted in the mounting recesses, and in an axial direction of the rotor core, an axial height of each of the first permanent magnets is greater than an axial height of the rotor core; the second permanent magnet is arranged at an axial end of the rotor core, each second permanent magnet is of an integrated structure and is provided with through grooves, and at least one end of the each of the first permanent magnets protrudes from the rotor core in the axial direction and is inserted into a corresponding one of through grooves; and the second permanent magnet further includes first permanent magnet limiting portions and magnetic pole portions, and at least one of the first permanent magnet limiting portions is provided between each pair of adjacent magnetic pole portions and connects the pair of adjacent magnetic pole portions, such that the magnetic pole portions form a whole. According to the rotor structure in the present invention, the magnetic flux gathering effect of the electric motor can be effectively improved, and the structural strength of a rotor can be increased.
