Abstract

A decoding method is disclosed. A current filtering classifier is obtained, for a group of reconstructed samples, in a set of filtering classifiers. For each reconstructed sample of the group, a correction is determined responsive to a classification with the current filtering classifier.For the group of reconstructed samples, a scale classifier is obtained in the set of filtering classifiers. Each reconstructed sample of the group is classified with the scale classifier if different from the current filtering classifier.The correction of each reconstructed sample of the group is modified responsive to the classification. The modified correction is added to the corresponding reconstructed sample.
