Abstract
A method of decoding is disclosed. It is determined that a current block is an intra sub-partition (ISP) coded block. At least one transform pair is selected for the current block from a plurality of transform pairs for the current block responsive to the determining. The current block is then decoded based on the selected at least one transform pair.
