Abstract
The present application belongs to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for processing an emergency call, and a network-side device. The method comprises: a first network element receiving a first emergency call request which is sent by a remote user equipment; the first network element acquiring an identifier of a relay user equipment corresponding to the remote user equipment; and the first network element sending a second emergency call request to a second network element, wherein the second emergency call request carries the identifier of the relay user equipment.
