Abstract

An architecture (300) is arranged to (re-)configure a software defined vehicle, SDV, that includes electronic control unit, ECU comprising: a host processor (330); and a single secure element, SE, (340) operably coupled to the host processor (330), wherein the SE (340) comprises: a main credential applet (342) operably coupled to at least one application applet (344, 346, 348, 350, 352) and the main credential applet (342) is arranged to program the at least one application applet (344, 346, 348, 350, 352).
