Abstract

A light-emitting device comprises a first electrode (110), a second electrode (150) opposite to the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising an emission layer, wherein the interlayer comprises an organic compound comprising a first moiety represented by Formula 1 and a second moiety represented by Formula 2: <img class="EMIRef" id="9139c4c9-6e6f-4ee8-99bd-e687f4a4b74b-ia01" /> <img class="EMIRef" id="9139c4c9-6e6f-4ee8-99bd-e687f4a4b74b-ia02" /> wherein, in Formulae 1 and 2, a moiety represented by <img class="EMIRef" id="9139c4c9-6e6f-4ee8-99bd-e687f4a4b74b-ia03" /> is a single bond or a double bond, X<11>, X<12>, X<21>, and X<22> are each independently O or S, Y<11> is C, C(R<13>), or N, Z<11> is C(R<14>), N, N(R<14>), O, or S, Y<21> is C, C(R<23>), or N, Z<21> is C(R<24>), N, N(R<24>), O, or S, R<11> or R<12> is a linking site to the second moiety, and R<21> or R<22> is a linking site to the first moiety.
