Abstract

In a first inspection, a controller (50) controls a charger (100) such that one power line (PL13b) of first and second power lines is electrically connected to a first power path (PL2) and the other power line (PL13a) of the first and second power lines is electrically connected to a second power path (PL3), and determines whether or not the charger (100) is faulty based on a voltage applied to each of the first power path (PL2) and the second power path (PL3). In a second inspection, the controller (50) controls the charger (100) such that the other power line (PL13a) and the one power line (PL13b) are electrically connected to the first power path (PL2) and the second power path (PL3), respectively, and determines whether or not the charger (100) is faulty based on the voltage applied to each of the first power path (PL2) and the second power path (PL3).
