Abstract
[Object] To provide a motor-operated valve and a valve device that are capable of being disposed in a small space. [Solution] A motor-operated valve 1 includes a valve body 10 that has a valve chamber 12 and a valve port 13, a rotor case 30 that has a circular cylindrical shape and is mounted on the valve body 10, a rotor 40 that has a circular cylindrical shape and is disposed inside the rotor case 30, a valve member 20 that moves in response to the rotation of the rotor 40, and a stator 90 that is disposed inside the rotor 40 and constitutes a stepping motor 98 together with the rotor 40.
