Abstract

The purpose is to provide an analytical device that is simple and can perform analysis with stable measurement potential.An analytical device having a channel region enclosed by a channel wall provided in an inside of a porous substrate, wherein the channel region comprises a first channel chamber, a second channel chamber, and a channel connecting the first channel chamber and the second channel chamber, wherein a reference electrode is provided in the first channel chamber, and a working electrode is provided in the second channel chamber, wherein an electrolyte is arranged upstream of the first channel chamber or on the surface of the reference electrode based on the advancing direction of a specimen in the channel region, and a component A is arranged upstream of a position where the electrolyte is arranged, wherein the component A is a component exerting an effect to change the conformation of a protein in the specimen.
