Abstract
Present disclosure relates to a battery system comprising a battery pack comprising an inlet and an outlet connected to the inlet, the battery system further comprising a controllable pressure reducing device connected to the outlet of the battery pack for decreasing the internal pressure of the battery pack by controlling the gas discharge from the battery pack through the outlet.
