Abstract
The invention provides a bridge for a hand surgical instrument, with which all working instruments and the optics can be inserted into and removed from the hand surgical instrument in a simple and clear manner. This is achieved in that a bridge (12) for a hand surgical instrument (10) has a main body (20) in which a channel-like bore (19) for an optical system and at least one working channel (26, 28) for receiving at least one working instrument are arranged. A plane (24) can be laid through a longitudinal axis (18), which divides the space around the bridge (12) into an upper half-space (25) and a lower half-space (26). The at least one working channel (26, 28) extends from the main body (20) in the direction of the upper half-space (25).
